What Is the Culture at Children's?

At Children's, we believe it's not just what we do that matters. It's how we do it: how we work together, interact with others and demonstrate our commitment to caring. This is why we hold ourselves to what we call The Green Standard. These shared principles help foster a culture of respect, positivity, accountability and excellence that allows us to be at our best for kids, families and each other.
